We have the brands you demand!
Tires are your vehicle’s footwear for the road , and they need to be replaced much like an old pair of running shoes. With normal wear and tear the rubber on your tires will become worn down and the tread will become smoother. This can be very dangerous when braking or in wet weather. Protect yourself, your family and your vehicle by shopping for new tires before it’s too late. You wouldn’t wait until your shoes had no soles to buy new ones, so be proactive in choosing when to replace your tires.
We carry all major brands of new tires including Goodyear, Bridgestone, Firestone, Dunlop, Michelin, Uniroyal, BF Goodrich, Continental, Yokohama, Cooper, and more!
- If the depth of your tread is less than 1/16th of an inch (1.6 millimeters). The easiest way to test this is by using a penny. Insert the penny upside down, and if you can still see all of Lincoln’s head, then it’s time for new tires.
- If you are able to see your tread wear indicator, then it’s time for new tires. These are flat rubber bars that are perpendicular to the tread.
- If your tires have any bulges, these are indicative of weak spots. This can cause your tire to blow, so it’s time for new tires.
- If the sidewall of your tire is cracked or cut, this is the step before a serious leek or a tire blowing. If you see these cuts or cracks, then it’s time for new tires.
